Move DX forward
from the front line.

DX promotion that does not end at system adoption. Starting from the realities of the workplace, we begin with de-individualizing and visualizing information.

Reality Check

Common misconceptions about DX

DX = adopting a system

A system is a means. Without changing how the workplace works and driving the organization, adoption alone is where it ends.

DX = transforming the whole company at once

It is more reliable to start from one department where impact is visible. Spreading success stories internally is more realistic.

DX = leave it to the IT department

Management decisions and front-line participation are indispensable. It is not something the IT department can push forward alone.

Readiness

Do any of these sound familiar?

If any of the following applies, it is time to consider DX promotion.

Open for consult

Front-line technology and know-how is concentrated in specific people

Over-reliance on individuals is the most effective starting point for DX. You can begin by building mechanisms to visualize and share tacit knowledge.

Open for consult

Past records and materials are scattered across paper and files

A state where information cannot be searched is the area where DX yields the most visible impact.

Open for consult

You are reluctant to entrust confidential data and drawings to external services

There are ways to leverage AI while keeping data inside. Design tailored to your security requirements is possible.

Open for consult

You have tried adopting tools in some tasks but they have not taken root

When adoption happened but did not take root on the front line, a review of operational design can yield major improvement.

Start by organizing

You are acting on anxiety alone — “we have to do DX”

Adoption driven by anxiety carries the risk of choosing a system that does not fit your company. Start with current-state organization.

Open for consult

There is no IT lead, or the role is held concurrently

Not unusual for SMEs. We support building a structure that can proceed even without a dedicated in-house person.

Approach

Our thinking on DX promotion

The most important thing in DX promotion is getting the workplace into a usable state. No matter how excellent a system is, it is meaningless if the front line does not use it.

We take an approach of confirming impact in a small scope first, then expanding gradually while reflecting the front line’s voice. Rather than changing the whole company at once, we proceed while confirming that impact has actually occurred.

What we value

Show the impact first

Using real business data, we let you experience the impact before adoption. We emphasize a flow where the front line is convinced before full-scale adoption — not “adopted and done.”

Data safety

A configuration that operates without sending confidential information or sensitive data externally is also possible. We design environments to fit your security requirements.

A system the front line can use

We do not assume advanced IT knowledge. We create screens and procedures that prevent users from getting lost, aiming for a state everyone uses daily.

Process

A 4-phase promotion process

We deliver clear deliverables at each phase. We keep it always visible what was done and what changed.

Phase 1

Current-state grasp & issue organization

1–2 weeksDeliverable: Workflow diagram, issue list, priorities

We visualize all departments’ workflows based on hearings. We especially identify “tasks that rely on individuals” and “information scattered across paper and files.” Data confidentiality and security requirements are also confirmed at this stage.

Phase 2

DX strategy formulation

2–3 weeksDeliverable: 3-year roadmap, priority measure list, investment estimate

Based on the Phase 1 analysis, we prioritize high-impact, feasible measures. We organize the budget feel, expected impact, and schedule. We also consider the possibility of subsidy use.

Phase 3

System selection & environment setup

2–4 weeksDeliverable: Requirements definition, system comparison table, adoption plan

Based on business requirements, we select the optimal system/tools. When handling confidential data, we also consider a configuration that operates with data kept internally.

Phase 4

Adoption & rooting support

1–3 monthsDeliverable: Operation manual, training curriculum, impact-measurement report

After adoption, we carry out front-line training and manual preparation. We create screens and procedures that prevent users from getting lost, aiming for a state everyone uses daily.

Cost Support

Using subsidies for DX promotion costs

Consulting and system-adoption costs for DX promotion may be eligible for the IT Introduction Subsidy or Digitalization Promotion Subsidy.

Alongside DX promotion support, we can also consult on subsidy eligibility and organizing information needed for application preparation. Please consider it as an option to reduce the cost burden of DX promotion.

About subsidy application support

Our subsidy application support is currently in preparation (business registration and support structure). We are accepting consultations on confirming schemes, assessing eligibility, and preparing for applications. Formal application representation and post-selection procedures will begin once our structure is ready.

Frequently asked questions

Q. How long does DX promotion take?

A. From current-state grasp to strategy formulation is 1–2 months. Including system adoption and rooting, around 3–6 months is typical. However, the first impact begins to appear at the current-state-grasp stage.

Q. We handle confidential data — is that okay?

A. A configuration that operates the system while keeping data inside is also possible. We always confirm security requirements at the initial hearing.

Q. We have no IT lead — is that okay?

A. No problem. We support building a structure that can proceed even without a dedicated in-house person. Operations are designed simply.

Q. Can we start by improving just one task?

A. Of course. An approach that starts with a specific task’s improvement before aiming for company-wide DX is also valid. Spreading cases that showed impact internally is possible too.
