By the end of 2029

We will establish an “AI office operations” practice that quantitatively demonstrates reduced hours, on-time delivery rate, and rework rate across 30 standard work packs and 10,000 cumulative deliveries — becoming the back-office foundation that lets SMEs and sole proprietors safely outsource routine clerical work.

2026

Initial operations phase

Launch the ledger maintenance pack as our flagship, reaching 30 clients and 100 cumulative deliveries. Build SOPs, acceptance criteria, and QA checklists.

2027

Three-pack operations phase

Operate three packs — ledger maintenance, post-meeting processing, email triage — reaching 300 clients and 1,000 deliveries. On-time delivery rate ≥95%, rework rate <10%.

2028

Standardization expansion phase

Expand to 10 standard work packs and 4,000 cumulative deliveries. Build a state where quality holds without depending on individuals.

2029

Back-office foundation phase

30 standard work packs, 10,000 cumulative deliveries. A state deployable with external partners and multiple teams.

We sell only verifiable work

Verifiable Work Only

We productize only work whose inputs, task definition, outputs, completion criteria, and resubmission criteria can all be defined. Work for which acceptance criteria cannot be written is not an initial product. Carving deliverables into verifiable units — like ledger maintenance, minutes drafts, email classification — is where quality begins.

AI proposes, humans are accountable

Human Accountability

AI handles classification candidates, summaries, drafts, and anomaly extraction. But boundary-case judgments, alignment with client rules, pre-delivery QA, send/no-send decisions, and expert judgment are handled by humans. We never blur where accountability lies.

We ruthlessly reduce the effort from request to delivery confirmation. But we never overwrite source files, share credentials, save without permission, or send without permission. “Easier” and “riskier” are never exchangeable.

Commercial registry, permits and licenses ledgers, officer change history — legally accurate ledgers delivered on a regular schedule. Includes deadline management and update-loss prevention.

Post-meeting pack

Minutes drafting, to-do extraction, and resolution-item organization. We standardize and deliver post-meeting clerical work.

Email triage pack

Incoming-mail classification, summarization, and priority judgment. Prevents missed important emails and supports reply drafting.

What we do not do

  • No automated execution of sending, posting, or submitting
  • No expert judgments in legal, tax, medical, hiring, or credit matters
  • No work premised on account sharing
  • No overwriting, unauthorized saving, or unauthorized sending of source files
