We will establish an “AI office operations” practice that quantitatively demonstrates reduced hours, on-time delivery rate, and rework rate across 30 standard work packs and 10,000 cumulative deliveries — becoming the back-office foundation that lets SMEs and sole proprietors safely outsource routine clerical work.

Initial operations phase
Launch the ledger maintenance pack as our flagship, reaching 30 clients and 100 cumulative deliveries. Build SOPs, acceptance criteria, and QA checklists.
2027
Three-pack operations phase
Operate three packs — ledger maintenance, post-meeting processing, email triage — reaching 300 clients and 1,000 deliveries. On-time delivery rate ≥95%, rework rate <10%.
2028
Standardization expansion phase
Expand to 10 standard work packs and 4,000 cumulative deliveries. Build a state where quality holds without depending on individuals.

Back-office foundation phase

Work for which acceptance criteria cannot be written is not an initial product.
